Principal Solicitor

Jovana was admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2012, after graduating with a double degree in Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of International Business and completing Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Griffith University. In 2022, she completed a Master of Laws majoring in Property Law from the College of Law.

Since 2012, she worked in both small and mid-tier firms where she gained invaluable experience and expertise. The time that she spent working for her family business, which specialises in new home construction, also strengthened both her skill set and knowledge.

Jovana is a determinedly persistent Solicitor who is committed to giving her clients the very best service possible through her close attention to detail and maintenance of an approachable demeanour. Her clients can rest assured that their business dealings will be completed quickly and with as little anxiety as possible.

Whether a client is a first-time homebuyer or an experienced investor, Jovana has a deep comprehension of the specific demands and necessities of each and every one of her clients. Jovana is an expert speaker of the Serbian, Bosnian, and Croatian languages as well. She provides assistance to members of the community who struggle with language barriers.

Associate

Stephanie Bonnici is an Associate at JMJ Legal Group. She was admitted as a Solicitor in 2015 having completed a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Justice (Distinction) and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Queensland University of Technology.

Since 2014, Stephanie started her career in a small firm and transitioned to mid-tier firm where she gained her experience and knowledge in property law.

Stephanie acts for clients in all matters of property law, such as conveyancing, leasing, purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties in various states in Australia, including Queensland, Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia.

She is highly motivated, determined and prides herself on her attention to detail. Stephanie’s commitment to best practice ensures our clients receive professional, stress-free service each time.
